Extensive repairs on major appliance breakdowns, parts that need to be ordered, and certain times of the week or year might mean the repair takes a bit longer, but we will get you back in business as soon as possible. Do you offer warranty protection?
Yes. We offer a 90-day parts warranty on anything supplied through Comfort Appliance.
Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?
While we do charge a $79 trip fee, that’s the benefit of being a Comfort Appliance customer – when you decide to repair with us, that $79 is put toward the cost of repair.
How does payment work?
Complete payment is due when the repair is finished. If we need to order parts to complete your repair, we charge a deposit to ensure completion of the work. If that part is not delivered within 30 days, we are able to issue a refund on the deposit.
What is your schedule?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, Saturdays from 8am to 2pm, closed on Sundays.
