How long do your repairs take?
For the vast majority of our repair calls – 80% – we are able to complete the service that same day. In cases where the repair is more complex or extensive or when we need to order parts, a repair may take several days or a week. However, we understand that it is critical for you to have a working appliance, so we will do everything in our power to get you fixed up and back to normal as quickly as we can.

Do you provide a parts warranty?
Yes, we offer a 90-day parts protection guarantee on any part we provide to complete your service. Parts bought by the customer directly are not protected.
Do you charge a diagnostic or trip fee?
Yes we do. Our $79 trip fee is entirely refundable if you decide to move ahead and hire Comfort Appliance to complete your repair.
How and when will I pay for service?
You will be billed for the work when the job is finished, minus the $79 trip charge fee if applicable. If parts are needed, we do require a deposit to protect us if you decide to cancel the repair after the parts have been ordered.
What are your hours?
We offer repairs Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm and Saturdays from 8am – 2pm. We are closed on Sundays.
